WELCOME
HELLO, AUSTIN!
I am delighted to welcome you to DANZA! My name is Ada Marquez, and I am the owner, director, and possibly your child's teacher, too! Starting off with a total open space, the facility has been built from scratch and completely designed from corner to corner, top to bottom, with my future students in mind. I will continue to work hard each day to provide you with the best dance training available in the area.
Before your first day of class, each student/parent is required to create an account on our online system, sign the forms and make payment.

Get to Know Your Director
Dance has been my life’s work and play. In high school I was accepted into the local university's Gifted and Talented Young Dancer's Program, where my exposure to a professional ballet company lifestyle began. During this time I was offered a full dance scholarship to attend as a university student. After graduating, my experience continued as I performed and taught nationally and internationally with professional companies, universities, organizations, and studios. My master's degree was received from NYU, where my insight was carried to a new height as I was also certified through America’s National Ballet Company® — American Ballet Theater (ABT), studying with the very designers of the ABT National Curriculum.
I have gained immense wisdom from various opportunities training, performing, and working with teachers, artistic directors, choreographers, and professional dancers from all over the world. It has been a grand privilege for me, and now after all the traveling, I have returned to my home state where I am dedicated to implement what I have learned and ensure students of all ages and levels receive the best possible training. I am optimistic that not only will there be an apparent advancement in technique and style, but DANZA students will be positively impacted by the classes.
Classical ballet is the heart of the school, but I am always planning unique ways to expose students to different art forms, bring in guest artists, and provide students with performance opportunities.
